Julie is amazing! She is so wise and helped me become a less anxious and more assertive person! I still use the techniques she taught me almost a year later!

My experience with Julie was truly life changing. She worked with me during an incredibly difficult transitional time in my life. In a very short period of time she was able to help me work through my issues and helped me to feel in control of my life again.

Julie shows great empathy and great listening skills. She truly makes sure she understands you and what you are trying to communicate. I really enjoy the homework (self-work) that she asks me to do outside of sessions. Healing takes great courage. In my experience Julie is a great guide to help you get back to your inner compass.
