I work hard on behalf of every client. In turn, you work hard too; putting time and effort into your own self-help during and outside sessions. The time we spend together is active and collaborative. I approach every potential client with optimism and confidence.

My personality reflects a warm, empathic approach with an emphasis on results. I believe no matter what you’ve been through or how long you’ve struggled, there’s a way to make the changes you want for yourself.

INSURANCE:

I am not a paneled provider with insurance companies, but provide a claim form and/or receipt that can be submitted to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. These are provided upon request. Reimbursement amounts depends on your insurance company, policy and deductible. Expenses for mental health are also often tax deductible as a medical expense.

I do not adhere to a traditional therapy plan requiring weekly sessions. Instead, we will craft a plan together tailored to your personal needs and goals. That said, 3-5 weekly sessions are recommended for those who want to jump start progress (based on availability – I work with a limited number of clients per month).
